For new and emerging yoga teachers who need support, not perfection.
Yoga teacher training teaches you how to guide a class but it doesn’t always cover how to navigate teaching your own classes once the training ends. It often skips over how difficult it can be to actually get started. The truth is, you might not begin teaching right away. It could take months or even years before you feel ready or have the opportunity to hold space in your own classes.
Most trainings also don’t dive deep into the business side, building your confidence, or figuring out what kind of teacher you truly want to be. Like:
How to market yourself.
How to price your classes.
How to build your own style.
How to stay grounded while figuring it all out.
I'm not an expert, I’m a yoga teacher and mindfulness coach who’s still learning and growing every day. I’m also a woman who teaches people how to slow down and give their bodies permission to rest, relax, and reset through restorative yoga.
I created this mentorship to support teachers like you with what I wish I had when I started: real, honest guidance, space to ask questions, and tools to help you move with confidence and clarity

Foundation Tier – $175
3 sessions over 3 months
This tier is perfect if you're just starting out and need a little direction to feel more grounded in your role as a teacher. You’ll get space to ask your questions, reflect on where you are, and start building your confidence. We’ll meet once a month for a 45-minute call, and you’ll have light email support between sessions.
You’ll walk away with clarity around your next steps, guidance on teaching your first classes, and encouragement to move at your own pace.
Grow & Ground Tier – $300
6 sessions over 6 months
This tier is for teachers who are ready to start building something consistent and aligned. You may have taught a few classes or are planning to, but you’re unsure about pricing, class flow, or how to show up confidently in your voice. We’ll meet once a month for a 60-minute call. Between calls, you’ll have voice note support (Monday–Friday) and access to resources like pricing guides, class templates, and more. You’ll also receive one free pass to a virtual or in-person class or workshop with me. This tier gives you time, space, and structure to grow with support.
Rooted Path Tier – $550
12 sessions over 6 months
This tier is for the teacher who wants deeper support and accountability as they build their path. We’ll meet twice a month for 45-minute calls and work through the real-life side of teaching: building your brand, setting your prices, crafting your offerings, and holding space with integrity.
You’ll have voice note support throughout (Monday–Friday), plus access to tools and templates I’ve created and used—like class planning sheets, waivers, and how to set up your bio site or payment links.
This tier includes personalized guidance and mentorship to help you stay grounded and move forward with clarity and intention. You’ll also get discounts on select workshops and trainings.
