The Mindful Living Collective 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a trauma-informed, community-centered experience that blends yoga philosophy, mindful movement, and self-discovery. This training is designed to help you deepen your personal practice, explore the foundations of yoga, and develop the skills to guide others with authenticity, compassion, and confidence. Whether you dream of becoming a certified yoga instructor or simply want to expand your understanding of yoga beyond the mat, this six-month hybrid program offers the space to learn, grow, and embody mindfulness in everyday life.

Online Sessions: Wednesdays, 6–8 PM

In-Person Weekends: One weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday)

Certification
Graduates will receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certificate through the Mindful Living Collective, facilitated by Flow With Tiff, meeting Yoga Alliance standards.

Meet Your Lead Instructors
Tiffany, founder of Flow With Tiff and creator of the Mindful Living Collective, is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, mindfulness coach, and educator. Tiffany’s approach centers rest, mindfulness, and inclusivity empowering others to find peace in stillness and authenticity in movement.
Shae is an RN and yoga teacher who brings a caring, grounded approach to every class. With a clinical background in patient care, she understands how the body heals and creates practices that support comfort, balance, and ease. Her teaching is gentle, intentional, and centered on helping students feel safe and supported. Shae loves creating welcoming spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. She believes yoga is a simple, powerful way to restore well-being—both on and off the mat.
Krupa has been practicing yoga for more than ten years and teaching for almost two. She cares deeply about yoga philosophy and teaches in a way that feels authentic, inclusive, and accessible. Her specialties include Hatha, trauma-informed, prenatal, and Yin yoga.
