My Story
Hey loves! I’m Tiffany.
I’m a yoga guide, mindfulness coach, and mental health advocate based in Philly. My work centers intentional REST, especially for the Black and Brown community because we deserve softness, safety, and nervous system support in a world that constantly tells us to push through.
I don’t “instruct.” I guide.
I invite you into slow, gentle movement and nourishing stillness through Restorative Yoga, Gentle Slow Flow, and Yin Yoga. These practices help calm the nervous system, release tension stored in the body, and remind us that rest is not a reward it’s necessary for our mental, emotional, and physical health.
Yoga found me during a time when the world felt heavy and uncertain, and it became a path toward healing and self-connection. Living with my own mental health challenges taught me that wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are, with compassion and curiosity and learning not to judge yourself or others along the way.
Intentional rest and slowing down aren’t luxuries. They’re essential for a healthy mind and body. Most of us were never taught how to regulate our nervous system or how to pause before we break down. That’s why I don’t guide “more,” “faster,” or “harder.” I guide less. I guide rest. Because if we don’t slow down intentionally, our bodies and minds will eventually force us to often through burnout, shutdown, or collapse.
As a Black yoga guide and lifelong student of yoga, I didn’t always feel welcome in traditional wellness spaces. That’s why I created my own a space rooted in softness, intentionality, and care. A space where Black and Brown people feel safe, seen, and honored. My offerings are inclusive to all, but my heart and focus will always be my community.
My classes are gentle, accessible, and beginner-friendly perfect for anyone who is curious about slowing down, releasing stress, or finding deeper connection with self. Yoga, to me, is more than shapes on a mat. It is a way of remembering who you are beneath the overwhelm.
If you’re ready to soften, to breathe, and to choose yourself — I’d love to guide you.
