Join Flow With Tiff and Teairra for a healing morning of movement and sound at Fabletics in King of Prussia Mall.
We’ll begin with a slow, grounding yoga flow led by Tiffany (Flow With Tiff), followed by a restorative sound bath guided by Teairra. This free class is open to all levels and designed to help you release tension, rest on purpose, and receive exactly what you need mentally, physically, and spiritually.
✨ This event will be filmed. A few participants will be invited to share short, optional on-camera reflections after class. If you’re a wellness lover or content creator, this is for you.
