About the event
Are you new to yoga and Pilates and looking for a supportive environment to nurture both your body and mind? Join me & Coach J for a special 1-day event designed exclusively for beginners, in honor of World Mental Health Day!
We’ll start the event with an introduction to the roots of yoga and Pilates, and how they both connect to mental well-being. We'll explore the physical postures (asanas), Pilates exercises, and mindfulness practices that help reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support mental health. This introduction will deepen your understanding of how both practices can positively impact your physical and emotional wellness.
