Service Description
Experience the profound rest of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice designed to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and inner awareness. Often called “yogic sleep,” this practice allows you to rest comfortably in stillness while being guided through body awareness, breathwork, and visualization techniques. Yoga Nidra helps release stress, restore the nervous system, and cultivate a sense of peace. No movement is required—just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to completely unwind.
Cancellation Policy
Flow with Tiff Studio Policy Booking: All classes must be booked online in advance. No walk-ins or on-site payments are accepted. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class time to receive a refund or class credit. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted, as this can disrupt the grounding and intention-setting for the group. No Shows: Missed classes without timely cancellation are non-refundable. Props Provided: Yoga mats and props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.) are provided. You're welcome to bring your own if preferred. Respect the Space: Please silence your phone and be mindful of others. This is a space for healing, peace, and presence. Thank you for honoring the flow
