A slow, grounding practice that helps you stretch deep and soften into stillness. In Yin, we hold floor-based poses for a few minutes at a time to gently open up the hips, hamstrings, and spine helping improve flexibility, release tension, and calm the nervous system. This class is perfect if you’re feeling stiff, stressed, or just need to unplug. Props are provided, all bodies are welcome, and no experience is needed just come as you are.

Flow with Tiff Studio Policy Booking: All classes must be booked online in advance. No walk-ins or on-site payments are accepted. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class time to receive a refund or class credit. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted, as this can disrupt the grounding and intention-setting for the group. No Shows: Missed classes without timely cancellation are non-refundable. Props Provided: Yoga mats and props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.) are provided. You're welcome to bring your own if preferred. Respect the Space: Please silence your phone and be mindful of others. This is a space for healing, peace, and presence. Thank you for honoring the flow
