This class is not about working out—it’s about working in. Gentle Slow Flow Yoga invites you to move with mindfulness, linking breath with movement in a slow, intentional practice. Blending elements of Hatha Flow and Restorative Yoga, this class focuses on the physical practice (asanas) as a way to deepen your yoga journey. With fewer standing poses and longer-held postures, you'll have space to explore each movement without rushing. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to slow down, this practice offers a supportive and grounding experience.

Flow with Tiff Studio Policy Booking: All classes must be booked online in advance. No walk-ins or on-site payments are accepted. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class time to receive a refund or class credit. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted, as this can disrupt the grounding and intention-setting for the group. No Shows: Missed classes without timely cancellation are non-refundable. Props Provided: Yoga mats and props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.) are provided. You're welcome to bring your own if preferred. Respect the Space: Please silence your phone and be mindful of others. This is a space for healing, peace, and presence. Thank you for honoring the flow
