Rebuild Your Relationship with Rest

This is a new guided experience designed to help you understand your relationship with rest, recognize burnout patterns, and begin creating a way of living that doesn’t lead to constant overwhelm or exhaustion.

 

 

Many of us are used to pushing through, staying busy, and ignoring what we feel until we’re overwhelmed. Over time, that pattern affects how we move through our lives mentally, physically, and emotionally.

 

This experience will guide you in learning how to recognize those patterns earlier and choose rest in a way that actually supports your life.

 

You won’t just leave feeling rested.

You’ll leave with awareness and practices you can return to.

 

 

The Journey of Return is a 4-session hybrid experience offered over approximately 8 weeks.

We will meet every other week, allowing you time between sessions to practice the tools, reflections, and intentional rest practices introduced during our work together.

The weeks in between are designed for integration. This is where you begin applying what you are learning and noticing how your relationship with rest starts to shift in everyday life.

A Single Exhale — $66

A 90-minute virtual intentional rest session designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Includes:

  • One private 90-minute virtual session

  • One in-person Saturday Intentional Rest gathering at my Philadelphia studio (limited to 4 participants)

The Journey of Return — $222

An 8-week hybrid intentional rest experience designed to help you build a healthier relationship with rest and create sustainable practices for your well-being.

Includes:

  • The Journey of Return: Rest Relationship Assessment

  • Four 90-minute private virtual sessions scheduled every other week

  • Access to monthly in-person Saturday Intentional Rest gatherings at my Philadelphia studio (limited to 4 participants)

  • Personalized reflection prompts and practical tools

  • Gentle yoga and restorative practices

  • Mindfulness coaching and nervous system education

Why We Meet Every Other Week

Rest is not something we master in a single session.

It is a relationship that develops over time.

The weeks between our meetings are an essential part of the experience. They provide space to:

  • practice the tools and techniques you receive

  • complete reflection prompts

  • observe your patterns around rest

  • notice how your nervous system responds

  • integrate intentional rest into your everyday life

 

This pacing helps ensure that the work feels spacious, sustainable, and supportive rather than overwhelming.
