Join us for The Color of Calm: Holding Space for Diversity in Yoga & Wellness—a 3-hour experience centered around rest, accessibility, and community.
This offering is designed to create space especially for Black and Brown individuals to slow down, reconnect, and experience wellness in a way that feels inclusive, intentional, and affirming, while remaining open to all.
Together, we’ll move gently, reflect intentionally, and engage in meaningful conversation around what diversity in wellness truly looks like.
This experience includes:
Gentle Movement Activations
• Gentle yoga
• Guided mindfulness + breathwork
• Journaling + reflection
• Guided rest
• A panel discussion featuring diverse voices in wellness
• Access to local vendors

Rest & Reflect: A Journey Back to Yourself
Rest & Reflect is a 4-week guided experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and build a healthier relationship with rest.
This is not a yoga class.
This is a space where you’ll learn how to understand your relationship with rest, recognize burnout patterns, and begin creating a way of living that doesn’t lead to constant overwhelm or exhaustion.
Many of us have been taught to push through, stay busy, and always be “on.” Over time, that way of living disconnects us from ourselves and leads to burnout.
This experience is about unlearning those patterns and relearning how to rest on purpose not just when you’re exhausted, but as something that supports your mind, body, and everyday life.
Through guided conversation, reflection, mindfulness, and restorative rest practices, you’ll begin to notice what your body is communicating and learn how to respond in a more intentional way.
This is a biweekly series, intentionally spaced to give you time to reflect, integrate, and carry what you’re learning into your daily life.
