About the Course

Flow With Tiff: 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

A 6-Month Hybrid Experience Rooted in Rest, Intention, and Realness

This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a deep, intentional dive into yoga as a tool for healing, rest, and self-discovery. Designed for those who want to teach — and those who just want to know themselves more deeply — this 6-month hybrid training is centered around Restorative, Slow Flow, and Yin Yoga. We focus on honoring yoga’s roots, creating inclusive spaces, and guiding from a place of authenticity.

Training Format: This is a hybrid training combining live virtual sessions and monthly in-person weekends.

  • Live Zoom sessions: Every Wednesday from 6:00–8:00 PM (EST)

    • All sessions are recorded and made available to revisit at your own pace

  • In-person sessions: One weekend per month (4th weekend), held at Flow With Tiff’s studio in Philadelphia

These weekends include hands-on practice teaching, sequencing breakdowns, real-time feedback, and supportive group discussion.

  • July 26–27

  • August 23–24
