Flow With Tiff: 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
A 6-Month Hybrid Experience Rooted in Rest, Intention, and Realness
This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a deep, intentional dive into yoga as a tool for healing, rest, and self-discovery. Designed for those who want to teach — and those who just want to know themselves more deeply — this 6-month hybrid training is centered around Restorative, Slow Flow, and Yin Yoga. We focus on honoring yoga’s roots, creating inclusive spaces, and guiding from a place of authenticity.
Training Format: This is a hybrid training combining live virtual sessions and monthly in-person weekends.
Live Zoom sessions: Every Wednesday from 6:00–8:00 PM (EST)
All sessions are recorded and made available to revisit at your own pace
In-person sessions: One weekend per month (4th weekend), held at Flow With Tiff’s studio in Philadelphia
These weekends include hands-on practice teaching, sequencing breakdowns, real-time feedback, and supportive group discussion.

Graduation Retreat: The training ends with a weekend retreat in December 2025 where we’ll rest, reflect, and celebrate your journey.

Tiffany Easley

Tiffany Easley is a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness coach based in Philadelphia. She specializes in Restorative, Slow Flow, and trauma-informed yoga practices that center rest, reflection, and healing. As a Black woman deeply committed to making yoga more inclusive and accessible, Tiffany creates spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to show up as their full selves—on and off the mat. Her teaching is rooted in honoring yoga’s roots, authenticity, and the belief that rest is a form of resistance.
