Flow With Tiff isn’t just for my classes. I created this space so other practitioners in the wellness community could have a beautiful, peaceful place to host their own offerings too.
Whether you teach yoga, Pilates, meditation, sound healing, or something else that supports healing and rest, you’re welcome here.
What’s Included:

Access to props: bolsters, blankets, blocks, and floor cushions

Space fits up to 20 mats comfortably
Booking Details:
Please request your booking at least 5 days in advance.
Rental includes 60 minutes total (class + setup + breakdown).
A signed rental agreement and full payment are required to confirm.
Add extra time in 30-minute blocks:
