This 75-minute virtual experience invites you to slow down and reconnect through gentle movement, breath, and awareness. Each week explores a new theme rooted in mindfulness — guiding you to observe, release, and return to presence both on and off the mat. Through intentional yoga poses, grounding techniques, and guided reflection, I'll blend mindfulness coaching with accessible yoga to help you quiet the mind and tune in to what your body needs in the moment. You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to your breath, your body, and your being. Perfect for all levels. Bring a mat, a journal, and an open heart. Flow with Tiff Studio Policy Booking: All classes must be booked online in advance. No walk-ins or on-site payments are accepted. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class time to receive a refund or class credit. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted, as this can disrupt the grounding and intention-setting for the group. No Shows: Missed classes without timely cancellation are non-refundable. Props Provided: Yoga mats and props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.) are provided. You're welcome to bring your own if preferred.
