These group flows are designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself all before the Fall Season officially launches. This is perfect for anyone curious about joining our seasonal membership or wanting a mindful reset before summer ends.
Cancellation Policy
Two-Week Booking Policy All packages must be used within 14 days of the first booked date. Missed or unused flows/experiences will not be carried over or refunded. Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting that flow.
